"An Act revising Rule 16, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure,                 
relating to discovery and inspection in criminal proceedings, to               
adopt the comparable federal rule."                                            
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(JUD)                                                 
"An Act revising Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 16, relating               
to discovery and inspection in criminal proceedings; and providing             
for an effective date."
